Simple, fair terms for booking and receiving care at DocFit.
Appointments
Appointments booked through this website, by phone, or on WhatsApp are subject to our confirmation. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Treatment
Physiotherapy involves clinical assessment and hands-on or exercise-based treatment. While we work within current evidence and your comfort, results vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You will be asked to give informed consent before treatment begins.
Fees & payment
Fees are confirmed before treatment. Payment is due at the time of the visit unless otherwise agreed. Please ask if you have any questions about session packages or pricing.
Your responsibilities
Please arrive on time, wear clothing that allows access to the area being treated, and follow the clinician’s advice for managing your condition between sessions.
